In late 2019 during the 2020 Democrat Primary debates, Former California Attorney General Kamala Harris, in very clear and descriptive words, accused her opponent, Former Vice-President Joe Biden, of being a RACIST, and a SEX PREDATOR. Or in the new WOKE WORLD WORDS, "I BELIEVE THE ACCUSERS". One thing is certain, Kamala Harris does have documented long term experience with Democrat Sex Predators, AND THE COVER UP OF THEIR CRIMES.
Kamala Harris was basing her Biden accusations upon her years of legal experience prosecuting, or more accurately NOT Prosecuting Democrat Sex Predators. Biden also has numerous documented racist statements and actions. Not to mention Biden's long term documented affiliations with the Democrat Party of Slavery, the Ku Klux Klan, and multiple women accusing him of Sexual Assault over the years.
Accusers like the March 2020 allegations of Biden's former aid Tara Reade, just months before the debates. Kamala Harris wanted the whole world to clearly understand just how disgusted, and personally offended she was, with the life, sexual misconduct, and racist actions of her opponent Joe Biden, AND THAT SHE BELIEVED TARA READE. Harris believed, because it fit her financial and political needs at that point in time, just as it did on numerous previous occasions. A well know practice of Kamala Harris, also known as Political Flip Flops, AND CONSPIRACY TO OBSTUCTION OF JUSTICE.
Eight months later, Kamala Harris flipped 180 degrees, and QUICKLY CRAWLED INTO BED, with that same Racist Sex Predator Joe Biden, that she had just accused on National Television. Biden now had something Harris wanted, and Harris could not get it without him. A seat on Biden's National Ticket, as Biden's Vice Presidential running mate. So Harris dumped Biden's sexual assault victims in a ditch, just has she had done to other victims, on multiple occasions in the past.
Many Reporters, and citizen observers were excited, or appalled. Some began questioning Biden's choice, and Harris's long history of Public Corruption, low morals, and documented disregard for all legal and ethical standards.
Any Harris accuser, or doubter, was immediately attacked as a RACIST and MYSOGYNYIST, by the same Major News Media groups, that had been Criminally Conspiring with Kamala Harris and other Democrats to Obstruct Justice, and falsify Elections for decades, as previously reported by GTI News. This reporter was not surprised when Harris flip flopped. Ten years of investigation Kamala Harris and her conduct has clearly demonstrated that SHE DOES NOT HAVE ANY MORAL, LEGAL, OR ETHICAL STANDARDS. She is a Black Democrat Woman, in the party of Slavery, that will do anything, say anything, Conspire to Obstruct Justice in anything, to advance her personal Political Career, and personal finances.
Just as she did, in the beginning, when she became the Mistress, of married Democrat Political Power House Willie Brown. Brown was twice Harris's age, however, like Biden, Brown had something Harris wanted. A leg up on his political power and influence, and more money, and she got it. Brown reportedly appointed Harris to two well paid commission post, on the California Medical Assistance Commission, and the Unemployment Insurance Appeals Board.
Brown was reportedly under FBI investigation as Mayor, and Assembly Speaker, with allegations of Conflict Of Interest. When Brown was questioned about the allegations of conflict of interest, and the Harris appointments, Brown openly talked about helping advance Harris's career. Brown justified the Harris assistance by also stating he helped advance the careers of Nancy Pelosi, Diane Feinstein, Gavin Newsom, and others. However, there is no evidence that Brown was sleeping with Pelosi, Feinstein, or Gavin Newsom while appointing them to high paid commission jobs.
This reporter has a very long, and well documented history on Kamala Harris's Public Corruption Crimes as Attorney General. Harris did not hesitate to accuse Donald Trump of being a sex predator, simply because it fit her political agenda. However, the only person that we have hard physical evidence, and a ten year documented track record of criminally conspiring with Democrat Sex Predators, to obstruct justice, to advanced her political and financial agenda's is Kamala Harris, as repeatedly reported by this Reporter.
Shortly after Harris's election to the CAG, GTI News Investigations in 2011-12, exposed the San Diego District Attorney Criminal Conspiracy to cover up the decade long Sex Predator crimes of DDA Ernest Marugg. A Sex Predator Senior Fraud Prosecutor that had been allowed to run free in the DA's Office for years, using his Prosecutor position to extort sex from the women he was prosecuting.
Numerous Criminal Complaints about his corruption were simply ignored and suppressed in the San Diego DA's Office. Just as they were in the DOJ/FBI Offices, and Harris's CAG Offices, when the corruption went public, and this Reporter began to request interviews on the corruption.
The DA Cover Up Conspiracy had worked for years, until a Civil Law Suit from one of the victims, forced the opening of a criminal investigation of Marugg. As the DA's criminal exposure became too public, with too many victims to cover up, the DA's Office civil liability was exploding. As the investigation identified more and more victims, the DA conspiracy expanded, and shifted back to cover up, and Obstruction of Justice to protect other ongoing Public Corruption Cover Up Conspiracies.
The Cynthia Sommer $20 Million Dollar Lawsuit, with criminal allegations against the DA's Office, DA Bonnie Dumanis, and others was active and expanding in the middle of the Marugg Sex Predator Conspiracy. Wide spread evidence tampering involving multiple Prosecutors, and the Oceanside Police Department was also hitting the news. The last thing the DA's Office wanted exposed was another major Evidence Tampering, and Obstruction of Justice Case with female victims, involving a Sex Predator Senior Deputy District Attorney.
So the DA's Office, and DA Dumanis, activated a substantially expanded Criminal Conspiracy with multiple Agencies, inclucing the FBI, to suppress, and buried an active criminal investigation on DDA Marugg. A criminal investigation that had thirty six (36) documented women victims/witnesses ready to testify. A Felony Criminal Conspiracy to Obstruct Justice, that received the full support of Kamala Harris's CAG Offices, driven by MONEY.
A WHOS WHO OF LAW ENFORCEMENT CRIMINAL CONSPIRATORS, AND SEX PREDATORS
THE DA CRIMINAL CONSPIRACY WAS DETAILED IN WRITTEN PUBLIC RECORD DOCUMENTS. It was planned, and executed to protect Sex Predator Prosecutor Ernest Marugg from arrest and prosecution, in exchange for a very quick, and very quiet resignation. A resignation, like many before it, designed and executed to obstruct criminal prosecutions, and civil litigations, that would adversely impact DA Prosecutor's Union Financing, and their pay and benefits, for decades to come.
Not to mention exposing other ongoing, lucrative DA Union criminal operations, operated under Marugg's supervision. Like the long term DA Insurance Fraud Bribery Slush Fund, operating through Marugg's Insurance Fraud Division, and other DA Offices State wide. Hundreds of millions of dollars in cash bribes to steal Citizen Insurance Benefits. Cash bribes directly connected to the sexual assaul of multiple women vicitms.
A FELONY Criminal Conspiracy To Obstruct Justice (IN WRITING) that assured Marugg, that he would be protected from future criminal investigations, and State Bar Investigations, so he could KEEP HIS LICENSE TO PRACTICE LAW IN OTHER STATES. Just another Democrat Criminal Quid Pro Quo. All Marugg had to do was KEEP QUIET.
A DA CONFIDENTIAL DOCUMENT that also exposed a multi-agency criminal conspiracy, that involved the full criminal participation of the San Diego DDA Association, the Peace Officer's Research Association, DDA Marugg's Attorney, and the California State Bar. All with large financial, and political motives to protect Marugg, and cover up Marugg's Sexual Assaults. As previously reported by GTI News.
A Public Agency Organized Crime Operation, lead by the San Diego District Attorneys Office, that had Thirty Six (36) documented Sexual Assault Victims, and Witnesses ready to testify, against Senior DDA Ernest Marugg, when the DA investigation was suddenly, and quietly shut down, and buried. Buried in the same grave as the criminal and civil rights of the 36 women victims/witnesses. All verified in written Confidential DA Documents obtained by this reporter.
All of which was repeatedly reported to the California Attorney Generals Office under Kamala Harris, with documentation, by this reporter. The CAG San Diego Office was used for face to face contacts, and the Sacramento Public Inquiry Unit, and it's Supervisor Nick Pachilio for phone, e-mail, and UPS Document shipments. All of which Pachilio, during multiple phone conversations, verified that documentation was received, and forwarded to Kamala Harris, with this reporters request for interviews.
Request for interviews with Kamala Harris, or any senior representative from the CAG Office. Interviews regarding the extensive Public Corruption Cover Up of San Diego DA crimes, directly linked to the Supervising CAG Attorney Senior Assistant Attorney General Gary Schons in the San Diego CAG Office. Schons received, and buried all public record evidence sent to his attention. Including documentation on the Sex Predator DDA Ernest Marugg cover up conspiracy.
Schons very quickly and quietly resigned from the CAG Office. Within weeks, SAAG Schons was working at the San Diego DA's Office, as a senior advisor to DA Bonnie Dumanis. The same DA Office, and the same DA, being protected from criminal complaints and investigations, by the CAG Office under Gary Schons, and Kamala Harris.
DA MILLION DOLLAR PAY OFF
Only one (1) of the thirty six (36) Marugg sexual assault victims/witnesses described in the confidential District Attorney memo has ever been hear from since. Victim Tamara McAnally was the only victim with sufficient financial resources to file a suit against the San Diego DA's Office. The law suit that forced the DA's Office to open the criminal investigation, after 10 years of suppressed complaints from victims, against DDA Marugg. The DA's Office quickly settled the suit for $1,400,000.00 Tax Payer Dollars, with secrecy agreements, to put a Head Stone on the graves of the other 35 victim/witnesses.
Kamala Harris's CAG Offices continued to actively suppress all complaints and investigations of the San Diego DA's Office.
Sex Predator DDA Ernest Marugg is not the only Public Agency Sex Predator that CAG Kamala Harris took under her bank account wings, during the same time period.
In the 2012 San Diego Mayoral Race Election, numerous Democrat officials were caught taking illegal money from Mexican Billionaire Jose Azano Matsura who had Drug Running, and Money Laundering operations, in and out of San Diego County, according to Federal and State Law Enforcement Agencies. As Reported by GTI News.
Matsura was having long term problems in Mexico, and the US, with the FBI and the DOJ. Matsura was in the process of illegally financing elections of every Democrat in sight to buy the influence of the Mayor's Office, and the District Attorney's Office, in an effort to get the FBI off his back. The same DA Office that employed Sex Predator Ernest Marugg.
The election fraud conspiracy was discovered by accident, when a local reporter found illegal money from the non-citizen Matsura, in the Mayoral election campaign of DA Bonnie Dumanis, and other high level Democrat Officials.
This was another multi-Law Enforcement, Elected Official, and Public Agency Organized Crime Operation. It involved the San Diego DA's Office, The San Diego Police Department, The FBI, The DOJ, The San Diego County Sheriffs, and Multiple High Level Democrat Officials, and their campaign staffs. All of which this Reporter gave Kamala Harris's CAG Offices, hard evidence, Public Record Documents on multiple occasions. Public Corruption that is always connected to Democrats, election fraud, and money, usually illegal.
The Election Fraud Conspirators was a Whose Who of San Diego, and California Democrat Officials, and even a few Republicans. That list included District Attorney Bonnie Dumanis, California Assemblyman Juan Vargas, former Assemblyman Nathan Fletcher, and WELL KNOW DEMOCRAT SEX PREDATOR BOB FILNER.
Due to CAG and DOJ protection, Filner was eventually Elected Mayor of San Diego, as the illegal money flowed from Matsura, into Filner's campaign. Matsura was not stupid, as he was financing multiple candidates for the same office, at the same time, which included DA Dumanis, and later a back up candidate for Filner, named Nathan Fletcher.
Filner was a Siamese Twin to Sex Predator DDA Ernest Marugg. Filner had complaints of sexual misconduct, and sexual assault while in office, from a reported 30 women, going back decades. All of which were ignored and covered up BY THE LAW ENFORCEMENT UNION SYSTEM, because he was an influential Democrat, that always backed expanding Union Pay and Benefits.
This reporter was practically battering down the doors at Kamala Harris's CAG Offices in San Diego, and Sacrament, with no responses. Documents were rejected at front desk, and telephone contacts were blocked. Threats against this reporter from the FBI to local Police, to Democrat Officials, to stop investigating, or else, were common.
After the election, Sex Predator Mayor Bob Filner's protection fell apart, along with the CAG and DOJ criminal conspiracy to protect Democrat Officials. New allegations of Sexual Assault, and misconduct surfaced against Filner, forcing his resignation as Mayor of San Diego. The CAG and the DOJ were left holding a very dirty bag of Democrat Public Corruption crimes, and they had to quickly develop "Sweet Heart Deals" with Democrat Filner,to insulate, AND protect the other Democrats involved in the Election Fraud.
These special deals cost the citizens of San Diego ten of million of dollars in damages, new election cost, legal cost, victim payoffs, etc. Democrat Filner quietly confessed in Court, and became a Convicted Sex Offender, with little coverage from the main line News Media.
Matsura was arrested and prosecuted by the DOJ, however, all of the Democrat Officials, their Campaign workers, and DA Dumanis got a GET OUT OF JAIL FREE PASS. Not one of Matsura's Democrat co-conspirators was even listed on the DOJ Criminal Complaint forms against Matsura, not even as a witness, because they were either Democrats, or connected to Law Enforcement, and their Unions. Matsura was reportedly convicted and sentenced to three (3) years.
All with wide spread intentional falsification of campaign finance records, to hide the flow of illegal money into multiple Democrat campaigns, and documented false statement to FBI Agents in all directions, and no elected official was arrested, prosecuted, or even named in criminal complaints, as Reported by GTI News.
All, as CAG Harris was actively burying the legal rights of thirty five (35), of DDA Ernest Marugg's female sexual assault victims, to advance her political and financial agenda. Filner's 30 victims brings Harris's total buried sexual assault victim count in these two cases to at least sixty-five (65) women, and that is one hell of a VICTIMS MASS GRAVE.
Filner was also a vocal political supporter of Harris for her 2010 run for the CAG position, and Harris was a vocal political supporter of Filner's run for the San Diego Mayor's Office, in the 2012 Democrat / Matsura Election Fraud Conspiracy. The same Election Fraud Conspiracy that CAG Kamala Harris and her CAG Offices protected from investigation. As previously reported by GTI News.
Harris's Press Conference statements included, "Filner’s conduct was not only criminal, it was also an extreme abuse of power” and “This prosecution is about consequence and accountability. No one is above the law.”

Recent reporting on victims of Epstein have now linked long know Sex Predator, and accused rapist, former Democrat President Bill Clinton, to Epstein's Plane on dozens of trips, and recently to PEDOPHILE Epstein's Brothel Island. The denials are flying in all directions.
Harris did not mention BFF Bill Clinton during her Senate Floor Rant on Sex Predator Epstein, or the Sleazy Pass on Sex Offender Registrations she gave BFF Bob Filner. However, Sex Predator Democrat Bill Clinton, like Sex Predator Bob Filner, is a very vocal political supporter of Harris, as stated in Clinton's recent Tweet.

All with multiple accusations from women, "THAT MUST BE BELIEVED", according to Kamala Harris, and the new WOKE WORLD DEMOCRAT POLICIES. CONVICTED SEX PREDATOR HARVY WEINSTEIN was also a BFF political and financial supporter of Kamala Harris, even thought the News Stories of his sexual assault were common, AS WERE HARRIS'S MANY PRAISES FOR WEINSTEIN. Harris, reportedly stood on the Floor of the SENATE, demanding that Trump Administration DOJ officials, including AG William Barr, recuse themselves from all things related to what Harris viewed as the botched DOJ Democrat Sex Predator Jeffrey Epstein prosecution. Harris yelled that they all obviously had a "Conflict Of Interest".
This is the same DOJ, under President Obama, that CAG Harris criminally conspired with, to protect Sex Predator Ernest Marugg, Sex Predator Bob Filner, and every criminally corrupt Democrat Public Union in sight, in the State Of California. Multiple media sources have reported, that the same day Harris was attacking the DOJ on the Jeffrey Epstein conflicts, Harris was receiving substantial financial donations for her Presidential Campaign, from a Florida fund raiser. A fund raiser involving the six partners in the Kirkland & Ellis Law Firm. The same Law Firm that reportedly handled Epstein plea bargain, with the DOJ. A plea bargain that occurred before AG William Bar was even appointed.
